As a customer, I recently purchased some outdoor equipment from X-mark Outdoor 🏕️. Overall, I had an average experience with the company. The website was easy to navigate, and the products were reasonably priced 💰. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful 🤷‍♂️. Shipping was also slower than I expected, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the quality of the products I received was good, and they were as advertised. The company could definitely improve by being more responsive to customers and speeding up their shipping process ⏰. Overall, my experience with X-mark Outdoor was average, but with some improvements, they could provide a better customer experience in the future.
