I have had a mixed experience with Maclellan Smith Recruitment Limited. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, others left much to be desired. The communication from their team was prompt and they were helpful in arranging interviews. However, I found the overall process to be quite lengthy and there were delays in receiving feedback. In terms of candidate selection, the company seemed to focus more on technical skills rather than cultural fit. Although I appreciate their thoroughness, I believe a balance needs to be struck. Overall, my experience with Maclellan Smith Recruitment Limited was average.
