Ringwood School of Yoga is a hidden gem in the yoga community. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Each class is thoughtfully planned and provides a perfect balance of physical and mental challenges. The studio itself is beautiful and serene, creating a peaceful space for practice. I've been attending classes here for a few months now and it has truly become my sanctuary. I can't recommend it enough!
