I recently hired a marketing agency for my business and decided to give Edgecombes a try. While their services are decent, I wasn't particularly impressed. They provided some basic strategies that did help improve our online presence, but nothing exceptional. The communication with their team was average, and I felt that they could have been more proactive in providing updates and progress reports. Overall, they fulfilled their promises, but I was hoping for a bit more.
