I have been using Ssmedia's services for the past year and I must say, they are average. The website looks good and is easy to navigate, but there is nothing exceptional about it. The customer service is also average, they respond to inquiries in a timely manner but sometimes lack the personal touch. Overall, I would say Ssmedia is an okay company.
