Yo Mama Yoga is my happy place! The classes are always challenging but in the best way possible. The instructors are very knowledgeable and create a supportive environment. I love the positive energy and friendly atmosphere of the studio. Definitely recommend trying out Yo Mama Yoga if you're in Santa Monica!
