I've been using Souza Colombia for a while now, and I must say I have mixed feelings about their service. On one hand, their website is easy to use and the ordering process is smooth. However, there have been instances where my orders were delayed or arrived damaged. The customer support team was helpful in resolving these issues, but it was still inconvenient. Overall, I would say they provide an average service that could be improved.
