The recent funeral service I attended was held at Marion Nelson Funeral Home, and I was disappointed with the lack of personalized attention and warmth provided by the staff. While the facility was clean, the overall atmosphere felt cold and impersonal. I expected more compassion and care during such a difficult time. It was a subpar experience.
