I recently booked a vacation through a travel agency and had an overall positive experience. The rates were competitive and the booking process was smooth. However, I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of customer service. The website was user-friendly and the team was helpful, but there were a few instances where the response time was slow. Despite these minor issues, I would consider booking with them again in the future.
