I have been dealing with Merlin hydraulics for a couple of years now and I must say that their services are average. The quality of their products is decent, but they lack consistency in terms of delivery time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but sometimes it takes them a while to respond to my queries. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to work with.
