I've been working at Txmedia for a few months now, and I must say it has been a positive experience overall. The company culture is inclusive and supportive. The management is open to new ideas and feedback. The work-life balance is also great. However, there are areas where improvement is needed, such as clear communication channels and more efficient decision-making processes. But overall, it's a good company to work for.
