CUSTOMER review about Telephone associates, inc. The company didn't meet my expectations. The website, telephoneassociates.com, looked outdated and confusing. Their selection of telephones was limited and outdated too. The customer service representatives were not friendly and seemed uninterested in assisting. Overall, I felt disappointed.
