I recently used the services of a power and lighting company that I found on the internet. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. Although my overall experience was average, there were a few things that stood out to me. Firstly, the installation process was efficient and completed within the promised timeframe. The staff was friendly and professional throughout. However, I did have some minor issues with the quality of the products and felt that they could have been improved. The customer service response time could also be quicker. Despite these issues, the company did keep their promises and delivered what was agreed upon. Overall, I would rate the company as average and would recommend them with the understanding of these minor issues.
