I found Pointe Properties to be an average company in terms of property management. They are decent at what they do but could definitely improve in certain areas. The customer service is satisfactory, although sometimes it takes a while to get a response. The maintenance team is quick to address any issues, which is a plus. Overall, their service is decent but not outstanding.
