I recently visited the animal hospital in Homewood and had an average experience. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to find necessary information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I also noticed a lack of organization in the waiting area, with pets and their owners all crowded together. The vet I saw was knowledgeable but seemed to rush through the examination. Despite these shortcomings, the facility was clean and well-maintained. The prices were reasonable, but I didn't feel like I got personalized attention for my pet. Overall, it was an average experience – not great, but not terrible either.
