I want to share my feedback about Radiant systems (authorized vendor). I found their services to be quite average. The overall experience wasn't exceptional, but it was decent. The website retailcomputersystem.com could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness and responsiveness. However, their customer support was helpful and responded in a timely manner.
