I recently visited the dealership and had an average experience. The staff was friendly and greeted me promptly upon arrival. However, I found that the customer service lacked attention to detail. The salesperson seemed more interested in making a sale rather than understanding my needs as a customer. Additionally, the website was not user-friendly and lacked information about their inventory. The showroom was clean and organized, but the overall ambiance was lacking in warmth and friendliness. I appreciated that they had a wide range of vehicles available, but the prices were on the higher side compared to other dealerships in the area. Overall, my experience with this dealership was average. They have some improvements to make in order to meet the expectations of their customers.
