I recently had a rather average experience at this car dealership. The website was easy to navigate, but it didn't give me a comprehensive overview of the available vehicles. Upon visiting the dealership, the staff was polite but not overly helpful or attentive. I had to approach them to get assistance, and even then, it felt like they were just going through the motions. The selection of cars was decent, but nothing stood out to me as exceptional. I also found the prices to be on the higher side compared to other dealerships in the area. Overall, while my experience with West Brothers Chevrolet Buick GMC was not awful, it was not particularly memorable either. I might consider exploring other options before making a final decision on a vehicle purchase.
