I had a bad experience with Brothers Pharmamach (India) Pvt. Ltd. The machinery I received was not functioning properly. It took a lot of effort and time to get a replacement. The customer service was also disappointing, as they did not respond to my queries in a timely manner. I would not recommend this company to others.
