I recently discovered Scratch bakery while looking for a local bakery. Their pastries and cakes are simply delicious. The flavors are rich and the textures are perfect. I especially enjoyed their raspberry croissant and carrot cake. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I'm glad I found Scratch bakery and I will definitely be coming back for more!
