As a customer, 😐 I found the digital product sampling platform to be fairly average in terms of its offerings and effectiveness. The concept of being able to sample products digitally is intriguing, but I feel like the execution could use some improvement. The website itself is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the selection of products available for sampling is somewhat limited. Additionally, the process of requesting samples can be a bit complicated and time-consuming. I appreciate the idea behind the platform, but I think there is room for growth and enhancement in terms of the overall user experience. Overall, it's an okay platform, but I was not overly impressed.
