I have been a customer of Regent bank for several years and overall, I am quite satisfied with their service. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I appreciate the convenience of their online banking platform. I've had some minor issues in the past, but they were always resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I would rate Regent bank as average.
