I have been a customer of Slib for a few months now and I must say that my experience has been average so far. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of good quality. However, I have had some issues with the customer service. The response time is quite slow and I often have to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate Slib as an average company.
