I've been a member of Fightzone for a while now and I can't say enough good things about it. The trainers are amazing and really care about your progress. The classes are challenging but also a lot of fun. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Fightzone to anyone looking to get in shape and learn self-defense.
