I have been a customer of ITT Norwood for over 7 years and I can confidently say that their services are average. While they provide decent quality products, I have experienced some issues with their customer support. The staff is generally polite, but they can be slow to respond and sometimes fail to resolve issues in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate ITT Norwood as an average company.
