I have been going to Benefit Express Gym for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! The trainers are amazing and really know their stuff. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is top-notch. The classes are great, and there is a wide variety to choose from. I particularly enjoy the Zumba classes - they are so much fun! I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape and have a great time doing it.
