CUSTOMER: The overall experience at Kuta Permata Hotel was average. The staff was friendly and the facilities were satisfactory. However, there were a few areas where improvement is needed. The room cleanliness could have been better and the Wi-Fi signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel. Overall, it was an okay stay.
