I had a mixed experience with Saga Aero. While the flights were comfortable and the staff was helpful, I found their website saga.aero a bit confusing to navigate. The booking process took longer than expected and I encountered some technical glitches. However, the overall service was good and I appreciate the efforts of the customer service team in resolving my queries. I hope Saga Aero improves their website for a better user experience.
