⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased some roses from this online store and I must say, I had a mixed experience. 🌹 The website was user-friendly and the ordering process was smooth. However, I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the flowers. Some of them arrived with wilted petals and didn't look as fresh as I expected. 🥀 On the plus side, the customer service team was prompt in addressing my concerns and arranging a refund for the affected flowers. 🌸 Overall, while I appreciate the effort put into the user experience, I feel that the quality control could use some improvement. 💐 It would be great if they could ensure that all their products are in pristine condition before shipping them out.
