I purchased a floor lamp from One Eighty Light, and I must say I'm disappointed. The lamp arrived damaged, and when I reached out to their customer service, they were unhelpful. They refused to send a replacement or offer any compensation. It's frustrating to spend money on a product and receive poor customer support. I would not recommend shopping with them.
