I recently used the services of Joey Yap Group of Companies and I must say I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable. Overall, it was just an average experience. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
