I'm a regular at Glow Hot Yoga and I absolutely love it. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, creating a positive environment to practice in. The classes are challenging yet accessible for all levels. The heated room adds an extra element of detoxification and helps to deepen the stretches. Overall, Glow Hot Yoga is a wonderful place to practice and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in hot yoga!
