I had high expectations for Biogenetix but unfortunately, they fell short. The product I purchased did not live up to its claims and the customer service was lacking. It took them ages to respond to my inquiries and even then, the responses were not helpful. I was left feeling disappointed and would not recommend Biogenetix.
