I recently had the opportunity to explore the housing options provided by this company and overall, I found it to be an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information regarding available properties and the application process. However, I felt that the overall responsiveness from the company could have been better. It took some time to receive a response to my inquiries, and at times I felt like my concerns were not being fully addressed. The properties themselves were decent, but I did notice some maintenance issues that were not promptly resolved. Additionally, I would have appreciated more frequent communication and updates throughout the application process. While the company does offer affordable housing options, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and property management.
