I recently collaborated with an agency for my marketing needs. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. The team was responsive, delivered the work on time, and provided reasonable solutions. However, there were a few instances where I felt the lack of creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. It would have been better if they could offer more innovative ideas. But all in all, it was a decent experience.
