I recently tried out the chatbot design software from botsociety.io and found it to be average. While the platform offers some useful features for designing and visualizing chatbot conversations, I felt that it lacked in some areas. The user interface, although clean and intuitive, could benefit from more customization options. Additionally, I encountered a few glitches and difficulties in exporting my designs to other platforms. The pricing plans are reasonable, but I believe they could offer a bit more flexibility for smaller businesses. On a positive note, the customer support team was responsive and helpful when I reached out with my concerns. Overall, botsociety.io provides a decent solution for chatbot design, but I expected a bit more polish and reliability for the price.
