I recently bought floor tiles from an online retailer. The quality of the tiles is good, and they were delivered to me in a timely manner. However, I was not happy with the customer service provided by the retailer. They were not responsive to my queries and it took them a long time to address my concerns. I would recommend considering other options like Kalahari floor tiles for a better customer experience.
