I had an average experience with an addiction research and treatment center in Oakland. The staff was friendly, but I felt that they lacked the necessary expertise. The treatment program was somewhat helpful, but I didn't see significant progress. The website was informative, but it could use some improvements. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there are better options available.
