The yoga retreat at Shala - Yoga Dakar exceeded all my expectations. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The teachers were knowledgeable and created a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the meals provided were healthy and delicious. I left feeling refreshed and inspired, with a renewed sense of self. Highly recommend!
