I have been using Sacotel for a few months now and I am generally satisfied with their service. The call quality is good and the rates are reasonable. The only issue I have encountered is occasional network issues, which can be frustrating. However, the customer support team is always quick to assist and resolve any problems. Overall, I would recommend Sacotel.
