I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services of this credit union and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, providing all necessary information about their products and services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were polite, but not very proactive in addressing my concerns. Additionally, the interest rates offered were not very competitive compared to other financial institutions in the area. On the positive side, the mobile banking app was convenient and allowed me to manage my accounts on the go. Overall, my experience with this credit union was average. I would recommend it to those who seek simplicity and convenience, but there are other options available with better rates and customer service.
