I just returned from a trip with a budget airline. The experience was good overall, but I felt that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. The flight attendants were professional, but not the friendliest I've encountered. However, the affordable prices and convenient flight times offered by the airline make it a worthwhile choice for budget travelers.
