I have been a customer of Porta Apotheke for a while now, and I must say, their service is average. The staff is friendly, but sometimes the wait time can be a bit long. The website is easy to navigate, but the ordering process could be smoother. The delivery is usually on time, but there have been a few instances when my order was delayed. Overall, I would recommend Porta Apotheke, but there is room for improvement.
