I had an average experience with One Degree, Inc. The company website, 1deg.org, is easy to navigate and has a lot of helpful information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very knowledgeable and it took a long time to get my questions answered. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
