🌼🌞I recently attended a yoga retreat at Shala - Yoga Dakar and it was absolutely incredible! The location was serene and beautiful, surrounded by nature. The teachers were skilled and created a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. The daily yoga sessions were rejuvenating and helped me find inner peace. The meals offered were healthy and delicious. Overall, it was a transformative experience that I highly recommend.🌞🌼
