I have been working with Uem Edgenta Berhad for the past few years and my experience has been average. The company has some good policies in place, but there is definitely room for improvement. The management could be more proactive in addressing employee concerns, and there is a need for better communication across teams. Overall, it's an okay place to work at, but not outstanding.
