We were very disappointed with the service provided by Regency Party Rentals. The rentals were not as described, and some were damaged. The delivery was delayed, causing major inconvenience for our event. The customer service was unresponsive, and we were not satisfied with how our concerns were handled. We will not be using their services again and do not recommend them.
