Average is the word that comes to mind when I think about the services provided by the Regional Bank for Development. While I haven't had any major issues, I also haven't been blown away by their offerings. The staff is friendly, but sometimes it feels like they lack the knowledge to address more complex concerns. That being said, the online banking experience is satisfactory, and the rates are competitive.
