As a customer of Vodafone Group, I have had a somewhat mixed experience. While their network coverage is generally good, there have been instances where I faced issues with call drops. The customer support team was able to assist me in resolving the problems, but it would be better if such issues didn't arise in the first place. Overall, I would rate them as decent.
