As a customer who recently worked with this architectural firm, I had an average experience with them. The initial consultation was satisfactory, but the company's website did not provide enough detailed information about their previous projects. I found it quite challenging to assess their expertise and style based solely on the limited portfolio available. The communication with the team was decent but lacked promptness in addressing my inquiries, causing a slight delay in our project timeline. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and accommodating during our in-person meetings, and they provided some insightful suggestions that improved the final design.
